WESTBROOK - Beverly A. Farr, 75, of Westbrook, died January 9, 2013 at Maine Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born August 21, 1937 in Orono, Maine, a daughter of Arthur and Rose Willette Savoy, Sr. She attended local schools. Beverly married Robert E. Farr in South Portland on November 15, 1959. In the early 1970, Beverly worked for many years for the American Can Company. She also worked for Unitrode in Westbrook and the Portland Lithograph Company. She also worked for BJ's Wholesale Club until her retirement. Beverly enjoyed skating, water skiing, camping, travelling the United States and playing cards. Beverly is survived by her loving husband Robert of Westbrook; her son, Eric Wayne Farr of Standish; her sister, Gloria Turkovitz of Portland; three brothers, Arthur Savoy and his wife Barbara of Augusta, Robert Savoy of South Portland, Richard Savoy of Cape Elizabeth; and two grandchildren, Patrick Farr and Shawn Kennie. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 2, at 6:00 pm, at The Best Western Merry Manor Inn, 700 Main Street, South Portland. Arrangements are by Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland.
