Willis G. Fry

Willis G. Fry, 78, of Sanford, died at his home on December 12, 2007.Mr. Fry was born in Texas on October 20, 1929 to Charles and Viola Thomas Fry. He served his country for 11 years in the U.S. Air Force. After finishing his service, he worked several different jobs. He was a bar tender at Frederico's in South Portland for quite a while. Willis was predeceased by his wife, Christine Fry; a daughter, Janie Sargent and a son, Robert Fry. Surviving are two daughters, Ann Sturgeon of Standish and Susan Fry of Portland; two sons, Jeffrey Fry, Sr. of Portland and Timothy Fry of Norridgewock; two stepdaughters, Debbie Dennison of Winslow and Christine Horton of Scarborough, and three stepsons, Frank Reichart of Buxton, Everett Reichart of Skowhegan and Bobby Reichart of Portland.A graveside service will be held at Oakdale Cemetery at the convenience of the family.Arrangements are under the direction of Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home in Sanford.
