Wayne V. Waterhouse

Westbrook- Wayne V. Waterhouse, 81, of Spring Street, died peacefully on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Springbrook Nursing Center following a long illness. Wayne was born in Portland, Maine on February 28, 1937, the son of the late Vernon F. and Virginia I. (Leary) Waterhouse. He graduated from Deering High School in the class of 1956. Shortly after graduating from high school, Wayne moved to California where he made his home and had a 41 year career working for Lockheed Martin Aircraft Manufacturing. In his spare time he enjoyed reading and was a generous supporter of churches all around the world. Wayne is survived by a sister, Linda Tillman of Scarborough; a niece, Kristyn Tillman of South Portland; a nephew, Hugh and his wife Lainie Tillman of HI; great niece, Theresa Tillman of South Portland; great nephew, Greyson Tillman of CA A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 10, 2018 at 11:00am at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 150 Black Point Road, Scarborough, ME. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Broadway, South Portland. Arrangements are under the direction of the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 1024 Broadway, South Portland, ME.
