Virginia L. Zulker
Virginia L. Zulker died August 7, 2017 at the age of 86.Born in Princeton, NJ, August 2, 1931, and having been raised in Princeton Junction, she was a longtime area resident of Washington Crossing, PA.She was a Sunday School teacher as well as a Deaconess at Westerly Road Church in Princeton. An accomplished pianist, she served with her husband Chuck as a resident musician at the Montrose Bible Conference and radio station WPEL in Montrose, PA, during the years 1960-1964. She also was very much involved, with her husband, Chuck, in the founding of radio station WCHR in Trenton, NJ.Daughter of the late Paul and Beatrice Wright, she is survived by her loving husband of sixty-eight years, Chuck; and a daughter and son-in-law Connie Lee and the Rev. Dr. Jonathan Bosse of Shapleigh, ME; a son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. Timothy S. C. and Cynthia K. Zulker of Barrington, RI; six grandchildren, Nathaniel, and Amanda Bosse, Andrew, Emily (Todd) Rains, Julia, and Natalie Zulker; a nephew, Henry E. Payne IV of Bloomfield, MI, and a niece, Priscilla C. Payne of Charleston, WV.A funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, August 21, at First Baptist Church, 600 Shapleigh Corner Road, Shapleigh, ME followed by private burial at Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale, ME.
