Timothy M. Nolan

Timothy M. Nolan, 66, of Sanford, died at his home on August 17, 2017.Tim was born on May 21, 1951 to Wilbur and Winifred (Burns) Nolan in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey where he grew up and attended local schools. He owned and operated his own property maintenance and repair business for many years before taking a job at Godin Associates where he was employed as a field manager for 19 years until his retirement in 2014.Tim was a quiet man who enjoyed spending time at home with his family. He enjoyed traveling the country, especially his many trips to Hawaii and the Grand Canyon. He will be remembered as a hard working and devoted father and husband who took pride in providing for his family and will be dearly missed.Tim was predeceased by his son, Devin Nolan, his parents and by his sister Sharon.Surviving are his wife, Sandra Nolan of Sanford; six children, Timothy M. Nolan, Jr., Matthew Nolan, Jason Nolan, Nick Deyo, Jessie Houle and Candace Bilancieri, All of Sanford; many grandchildren and one great-grandson and five siblings, Gail DeHaan, Eddie Nolan, Kevin Nolan, Rick Nolan and Chris Nolan.A celebration of life will be held at a date to be announced.Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider sending a memorial contribution to the Alzheimer's Association, 383 US Route 1, #2C, Scarborough, Maine 04074.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on the condolences tab to the left.
