Terrance Monroe

Terrance "Terry" Reynold Monroe Jr., 65, of Sanford, passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2015. He was born in Plymouth, New Hampshire on December 3, 1949 a son of the late Terrance and Rose (Parker) Monroe.Terry worked at Sutton's in Sanford and at the Kezar Falls Woolen Mill as well as George Roberts in Alfred. He enjoyed playing his organ, harmonica, accordion as well as singing. He enjoyed riding his moped, buying scratch tickets and spending time with family.Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Charlotte Monroe.He is survived by his children, Christopher Monroe of Sanford, Scott Monroe of Minnesota and Matthew Waterhouse of Florida. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Vicki Mitchell of Sanford, Rebecca Martineau of Sanford, Christopher "Opie" Roux of Buxton, three sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Wakefield of Porter, Shirley Libby and her husband, Edward Jr., of Parsonsfield, Patricia Collomy and her husband, Mike of Parsonsfield, two brothers, James Monroe and his wife, Vera of Porter and Steve Monroe and his wife Dawn of Porter, several grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at www.blackfuneralhomes.com
