Stephen A. White

Stephen A. White, 61, of Wells, Maine passed away on Tuesday December 17, 2013 at his home in Wells.He was born in Everett, MA on July 27, 1952 a son of the late Spencer A .Jr. and Olive (Abbot) White. A graduate of Everett High School he then attended Skidmore College and graduated with a B.A. in Sales and Marketing.He owned and operated his own TV repair shop in New Hampshire, ESNH- then Cartunes he owned a car accessory shop in New York For the last four years he had been employed as a branch manager for Labor Ready in Portland. Stephen had served as Deacon with the Merrimack Valley Baptist Church as well as the Emmanuel Church in Rochester, NH. He had a real love for his camp on Mousam Lake and enjoyed his speed boat. He was known online as spdboatguy7@aol.com He was also an avid Harley motorcyclist. The greatest joy for Stephen was his family and he adored his granddaughter. He had a love for life and a real heart for the Lord. Along with his wife, Shelley they were planning on doing missionary work after his retirement.Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Shelley (Joudrey) White of Wells, brother, Spencer A. White III, son, Stephen A White of Nashua, NH, daughter, Alyssa J. Gordon and her husband, Jared R. of New Milford, PA, granddaughter, Fayth E. Gordon of New Milford, PA, stepson, Kyle M. Bangert of Richmond, ME, stepson, Tyler M. Bangert of Berwick, ME and stepmother, Merle White of Wells.Visiting hours will be on Saturday December 21st from 9AM until 10:30AM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale, Maine. A Memorial Service will follow at 11AM at the Calvary Baptist Church, 68 High Street, Sanford, Maine.
