Sheryl Macdonald

Sheryl Diane (Aldrich) Macdonald, 69, of Waterboro Maine, passed away on June 14, 2017. She passed away unexpectedly in her home.Sheryl was born in Portland, Maine on March 5, 1948. She graduated from Deering High School, in Portland, Maine. From there she went right to work. Sheryl was married to William Macdonald of Lynn, Massachusetts. They were married for many years, and remained very good friends after their separation. Sheryl worked for Gibbs Oil Company in Portland and transferred to their facility in Revere Massachusetts. Then on to a position as an Assistant Vice President for Astroline Corporation, in Reading Massachusetts for a many number of years. She enjoyed shopping, playing on her tablet and watching Netflix. She also enjoyed playing different card games. Sheryl also was a jokester, sometimes you didn't know if she was serious or kidding. She always could keep on a straight face. Sheryl is survived by her 5 sisters, Annette Gammon and husband Bud Gammon of Windham ME, Linda Merrill & husband Fred Merrill of Eldon, Missouri, Patricia M Chase & husband Herbert L Chase Jr., of Springvale, Dottie Caron & husband Richard Caron of Windham, ME, Karen Wickham & husband Richard Wickham of South Portland, Maine. She has many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.Sheryl is predeceased by her mother Beulah Aldrich, father Hubert Aldrich, aunt Lavina Plante. grandparents as well.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to American Diabetes Association, PO BOX 15829 Arlington, VA 22215, Susan G.
