Rodney W. Kempton

Sanford, MaineRodney W. Kempton, Sr., died February 1, 2003 at the age of 47. He is survived by his wife Diane Kempton and four children, Erica and Rodney II, Kimberly and Rebecca all of Sanford Maine. He is also survived by his brothers Charles Kempton of Claremont, NH, Leon Kempton of Swanton, VT., Ronald Kempton of Goshen, NH and Sidney Menard of Sunapee, NH., also survived by two sisters Henrietta Hodgeman of Goshen, NH and Helen Judd of Claremont NH.Rodney was a loving father and loved by many. He was born in Newport, NH. He moved to Maine with his family in 1991 where he attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovas Witness. He was well loved by his children that was there through thick and thin. He was very loving, understanding, caring, kind and was always concerned about others than himself.He gave his last look of love and hugs to his wife Diane and daughter Erica Plugge, held their hands as he passed away at Southern Maine Medical Center. Erica suggests that people with fathers need to treasure every moment they have with them.Funeral services will be held privately.
