Robert P. Warner

Robert P. Warner, Jr., 37, of Sanford, died unexpectedly at home on December 13th.He was born in Sanford on December 24, 1971, a son of Robert P. and Shirley (Martel) Warner, Sr. and was a 1991 graduate of Massabesic High School.Although afflicted with cerebral palsy since birth, Rob worked hard to overcome his physical challenges. His sense of humor shone through to all who knew him and his family recalled how helpful and generous he was.For 11 years, he worked as a groundskeeper at Riverside Cemetery in Springvale.Survivors include his wife, Sherri Warner, his mother, Shirley Martel, his maternal grandparents Adrien and Barbara Martel, his brother Jeffrey Harriman, his sister, Barbara Harriman, his niece Juliette Rose Harriman, all of Sanford, his uncle Dennis Martel of Acton and several great aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be conducted on Friday at 2:00 PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at the Condolences tab at left.
