So many great memories from so many great years with a true friend and genuine person! Bob was always there with a helping hand and a great humorous story to follow. From those days in Junior High to our great times over the years through retirement and beyond, Bob was always there. I have never known someone who could tell such humorous tales and project such a positive attitude under his many medical circumstances. Even though we can’t be present, our thoughts and prayers are with the May family at this time….Ann & Gary Mara

There are tears in my eyes from losing a long-term friend and No. 1 e-mail buddy but also tears of thanks for having such a good friend dating back to when Bob was a Falmouth Town Councilor and I worked in the office. My thoughts and prayers are with you Maggie and Jonathan.

Summers growing up were the best for me staying with the May family and having 2 older brothers. I learned what normal family life was like. I miss and loved the whole family.B.J. (Barbara Pelley)

May God be with Margaret and family during these lonely days. We traded many stories of our school days in Falmouth, Maine at a recent visit to their Tennessee home. Bob certainly was a fighter and refused to let his weakened heart hold him back emotionally and physically. We will truly miss him. God be his eternal living saviorKen and Lorraine Perkins’….Hendersonville, NC
