Robert F. Libby

Robert F. Libby, 59, of Hollis, passed away at his home on Thursday May 8, 2008. Born in Sanford on September 22, 1948, Robert was a son of Frank and Florence (Dagan) Libby. He attended Sanford High School. On June 24, 1968 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. and served in the Vietnam War until 1971. After his discharge he was employed as a mechanic at various shops in the area. He was currently a member of the Hollis ATV Club and a member of the United Bikers.Robert is predeceased by his parents, Frank and Florence (Dagan) Libby. He is survived by his wife, Jenny A. (Lawrence) Libby of Hollis.A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th at 1pm at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.To leave the family a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left.
