Robert L Bryan Sr. affectionately known as Bob or Bobby, passed away peacefully in his wife's arms at High Noon August 5, 2023. He was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in California, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He served in the United States Army in the early 1970's. He had suffered from Alzheimer's for the past 16 years. Prior to his diagnosis he was an auto mechanic and tow truck driver , he loved getting to tow beautiful classic and antique cars. That was his specialty. He could fix just about anything. Robert was a talented artist with sketches, paintings and making sailing ships from match sticks. He loved time with friends and family especially at the fire pit with the music playing. He leaves behind his wife of 31 years , Beverley J. Bryan of Acton, Maine; his siblings Deb Bryan Broderick of Salem, Massachusetts, Ron Bryan and wife Tiffany Austen Bryan of North Carolina, David Bryan of Rhode Island, Ruby Bryan of Rhode Island Tracey Bryan Carr of Massachusetts and Melissa. M. of Rhode Island; his children Melissa Ann and husband Greg Babington of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Robert Bryan Jr. of Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Paul Bryan of Southborough, Massachusetts; his stepdaughter Klaryssa Bryan of Old Orchard Beach, Maine; 4 grandchildren, Alex, Rylee, Makayla and Sophia; His favorite sister in-law Christine Graham-Thome of Acton, Maine; Brother-in-law David Graham and wife Meghan Pelrine of Belmont, Massachusetts. His mother and father in law Joseph and Joan (Butler ) Graham of Portland, Maine; His stepmother Ruth Taveres Bryan of Rhode island; several Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many nieces and nephews, and a very special group of friends (you know who you are). He was predeceased by his adoptive mother Florence Muse Bryan, His biological father Gene Bryan, his stepdaughter Kasey Bryan and several brothers and sisters and our beloved Lucky and Dixie. Burial / memorial service will be at a future date In lieu of flowers, Bobs request was for people to donate to his family's favorite non-profit Rolling Thunder Inc.
