Richard E. Todd

Richard Edward Todd, known affectionately as Lil Richie, 43, died peacefully at home on May 21 after a long struggle with O. P. Muscular Dystrophy.He was born in Gloucester, MA on December 27, 1970, the son of Richard A. and Geraldine Ann Todd and moved to Sanford several years ago.He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and many different sports. A dedicated family man, he had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh.Survivors include his mother, daughter Danielle M. Todd, son Richard E. A. Todd, granddaughter Maddison J. Todd, sister Paula Marie Todd, niece Asia L. Worthen and spouse Jenessa, nephews Adrian DeHaan, Ryan S. DeHaan, great nephew Dustin M. Maley and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, May 28 from 2 to 4PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale. Burial will be at the Beechbrook Cemetery in Gloucester, MA on June 2 at 2:00 PM.
