Richard G. Pelletier

Pelletier, Richard G, born in Springvale, Maine on September 28, 1940, passed on February 17, 2018 in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. During his career as safety and environmental auditor for American Cyanamid, starting at CyRo in Sanford, Richard traveled throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. In retirement he volunteered at Baptist Beaches Hospital, delivered Meals on Wheels, and drove patients for the American Cancer Society helping people in need of transportation and friendship. He was passionate about wildlife photography and provided many videos to Wolfson Children's Hospital.Richard was predeceased by a son, Robert Pelletier, and leaves behind three sons, Richard Jr., Rodney and Randall, brothers Ronald and Albert, stepson Victor Botschko, brother-in-law Ed Rocco, sisters-in-law Diane Sweet and Jean Pelletier, many cousins including Richard Sirois, Raymond Sirois, Bob Sirois, Cynthia Pelletier Leech, Joanne Hilder and Janice Cohen, his best friend Bill Tunstall, and his wife of 35 years, Gigi. A graveside memorial will be held on Monday, July 2, at 10:30 at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pine Street, Springvale, Maine. To leave a message of condolence, click tab at left.
