Richard S. Moore

Richard S. Moore, 71, of Springvale, passed away on Friday July 10, 2015 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on January 17, 1944 a son of Stanley and Mildred (Garceau) Moore.Richard is predeceased by his parents as well as his wife, Theresa (Russell) Moore who passed away in 2013.He is survived by one son, Randy Moore of Florida, one daughter, Ann-Marie Paladino of Massachusetts. He is also survived by two sisters, Mildred Hertz and Dorothy Potter, six grandchildren and special friend Kathy Goodwin. He also leaves behind many close friends in Sanford as well as his VFW brothers and sisters where Richard served as chaplain.Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, July 14th from 6 to 8PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
