Richard C. Gould, 56, of Lyman, died unexpectedly at home on October 11.He was born in Rochester, NH on August 23, 1955, a son of Robert L. and Theresa (DeRusha) Gould, Sr. He attended Rochester schools and was a 1973 graduate of Spaulding High School.Richard served with the US Navy during the Vietnam War.He was employed for 10 years at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. In 1987, he went to work for New England Cablevision, now Metrocast and had been employed there ever since. He was production manager, director and videographer for innumerable events including youth athletic events, high school sports, town meetings, parades, dedication ceremonies, other town events of all sorts and a personal favorite of his, the annual Waban Telethon. If it was on Metrocast, chances are Richard had a hand in it. P. Gould of Lyman, a son, David M. Gould of Westbrook, three brothers, Robert L. Gould, Jr. and his wife Christine of Greenwood, Michael A. Gould and his wife Judy of Laconia, NH and Ronald E.
