Raymond P. Lambert

Raymond P. Lambert, 71, of Springvale, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday December 19, 2007 following a long illness. Born in Sanford on December 28, 1935, Raymond was the son of Osias and Jeanne (Brin) Lambert.Raymond attended local schools graduating from St. Ignatius High School. He then served his country four years during the Korean War in the United States Air Force. On July 19, 1958 he married the former Irene Sigouin at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Springvale. He retired from Pare Oil in 1996 after many years of service with the company.Raymond is survived by his wife of 49 years, Irene C. Lambert of Springvale, two children, Catherine J. Heath of Berwick and Patrick R. Lambert of Springvale, two grandchildren, Keith Lizotte and Kelli Lizotte, five step grandchildren, Matthew Heath, Brandon Heath, Rebecca Heath, Jonathan Heath and Rachael Heath. He is also survived by two brothers, John Lambert of Parsonsfield and Mark Lambert of Acton.The family would like to thank in a special way Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Akom.At his request services will be private.
