North Yarmouth- Philip M. O'Connor Jr., born July 1, 1946, gently left this world from the comfort of his home, surrounded by loved ones on February 15, 2018. Philip is survived by his wife, Julie Randall O'Connor; three daughters, Susan and her husband Harold Forest, April O'Connor and her husband Steven Campbell, and Amanda O'Connor and her life partner Lawrence Labonte Jr.; three granddaughters, Kristina, Jessica and Haley; two great granddaughters, Madelyn and Phoenix; and a sister, Phyllis Carr and her family. In honoring Philip's wishes a private service will be held in the spring. Arrangements are under the direction of the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland.   1. Philip was a friend that I miss already. I first met him in the Civil Air Patrol in Portland. I wish we had more time to spend together, he was a brave and wonderful person. I hope we meet again sometime.
