Paul LaBossiere 1943-2024 SPRINGVALE-- We are saddened to announce the passing of Paul LaBossiere, age 81, of Springvale, Maine on Sept. 19, 2024. Paul was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts on May 23rd, 1943. He moved to Reading, MA where he attended Reading High School and met his beloved wife, Pamela. A proud veteran, Paul served his country in the Vietnam War from 1967-68 as an artillery gunner in the United States Army. After the war, Paul eventually moved to Wilmington, MA where he raised his family and worked at Fed Ex. He retired to Springvale, ME to be close to his favorite vacation spot, Wells Beach. Paul was a very gregarious man who enjoyed working and being involved in the community. He trained himself to be a skilled mechanic, carpenter, gardener and was a well-respected coach for Wilmington Pop Warner. Paul’s greatest passion was his love of his family. His greatest joys were the time spent with the ones he loved. Paul will be forever missed by his family and friends. Paul is survived by his wife Pamela (Poehler) of 58 years, his son Jeffrey and wife Kristen of Westford, VT., his daughter Amy Patch and husband Todd of Topsfield, MA., as well as his two sisters-in-law Patricia Poehler of Wakefield, MA. and Nancy Cusato of Reading, MA.
