I remember Nancy from my earliest memories. She and Dick and Charlie and Shirley (my mother and father) seemed to get together on a regular basis. Nancy and my mother used to let me play bridge with them when I was still learning. She was one of the most gracious teachers of the game I ever knew.Nancy was a very lovely lady who will be missed by all that knew her.Our condolences to all.Pete and Jennifer

To Susan and Bruce,All my memories of your mother are associated with humor, grace, kindness and being wicked smart. She was someone you wanted to know. She had great generosity of spirit and I especially loved her for her kindness to my own mother. Although she had a long run, she will always be terribly missed. Love from this Flaherty.

Dearest Susan, Bruce and Joanie; One of the smartest, most caring and classic women I had the good fortune to know intimately for many years, Nancy Gulliver was synonymous with good times, great humor and style… what an infectious laugh had she. Her signature piece of toast in the cupboard will live on as one of my fondest memories of sweeter times. God Bless.

I was very sad to learn of Nancy’s passing. She was a wonderful friend to my mother, Mary, especially after my Dad passed away. She did love her bridge! She cherished her friends and family most. I am so blessed she became my neighbor here in Scarborough for awhile. There was no one else like her. To all her family, please know she loved you all. Gone now but not ever forgotten.Sincerely, Betsi

I have very fond memories of your mother, “Gully”. I have missed seeing her these past few years, but she has been in my heart. While growing up I spent time at her home visiting with my mother Joey or watching as the girls played bridge. I loved Barney and Harold, her beloved pets and Nancy always took the time to teach me how not to be afraid of them but to understand their personalities and energy. She also had my bridal shower at her home. She was always generous with opening up her home and entertaining guests. She was a very dear friend to my mother, as were both your parents. I have wonderful photographs of all of them that I will always cherish. They are all together again now and at Peace. God Bless.
