Michele M Whitcomb

Michele M. Whitcomb, 68, of Sanford, Maine, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Residence in Portland, Maine. Michele was born on September 20, 1954, in Boston, Massachusetts to Michael and Irene Kerrigan. She grew up in Marshfield, Massachusetts, and attended local schools. Michele was a quiet woman who enjoyed spending time at home. She loved nature and spending time at the ocean. She had a creative side and was very artistic. She enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing, and making flower arrangements. She was a kind and loving woman with a warm and friendly personality and people enjoyed being around her. Michele will be remembered for her kind heart and gentle spirit. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Michele was predeceased by her parents. Michele is survived by four sons, Brett Whitcomb of Massachusetts, Ryan Whitcomb of Massachusetts, Joseph Whitcomb of Buxton, Maine, and Justin Whitcomb of Massachusetts; several grandchildren; four siblings, Janet Kerrigan of Hillsboro, Oregon, Thomas Kerrigan of Sanford, Maine, Patricia Kerrigan of Alfred, Maine, and James Kerrigan and his wife Jane of Sanford, and many nieces and nephews. At Michele's request, arrangements will be private and interment will take place at the Winslow Cemetery in Marshfield, Massachusetts.
