Michael W. Trumble Sr., 54, of Sanford, died on Friday, July 23, 2010 in Springvale.Michael was born in Sanford on April 2, 1956 to Joseph and Helen (Martin) Trumble Sr. and attended local schools. He had worked as a painter at the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard and at the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant. Michael was a devoted Patriots fan and made it a point to travel to an away game every year. He was a very handy person who could be best described as a jack-of-all-trades. He could do virtually anything with his hands including drywall, carpentry, electrical and mechanical work. Michael enjoyed being around people and was a member of several local social clubs. He was also an avid motorcycle rider. Michael had a very big heart and was always there to help someone in need. He was very devoted to his family and friends and made spending time with them a priority. Michael will be remembered as a kind and loving man and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.Michael was predeceased by his father and by two brothers, Brian Trumble and Russell Trumble.Surviving are two sons, Michael Trumble Jr. of Cumberland, RI and Joseph Carignan of Rochester, NH; two daughters, Kimberly Todd and her husband Christopher of Gorham and Alexis Holden-Trumble of Waterboro; his mother, Helen Trumble of Rochester, NH; two grandsons, Michael George Trumble of Cumberland, RI and Owen Todd of Gorham. He is also survived by seven siblings, Shirley Roux of Sanford, Patricia Bourassa of Sanford, Nancy Brennan of Springvale, Joseph Trumble of Springvale, William Trumble of Sanford, Debra Martineau of Sanford and Carol Kimball of Sanford and many nieces and nephews.Visiting hours will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 28th at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 29th.
