August 24, 1979 ~ May 2, 2022

It is with the heaviest heart that we announce the unexpected passing of Michael Menard from Stratford, NH on May 2, 2022. Michael was born Aug 24, 1979 to Bonnie Menard and Michael Adams from Sanford. Mike lived life on his own terms and declared it unapologetically. He was a funny person who was quick with a joke and loved a good laugh. His smile was infectious. He was an awesome cook and did not hesitate to try new and different things. In the morning he could be found sitting on the steps drinking his coffee and planning the day. He was an avid fisherman, who loved his family, the outdoors, and riding his dirt-bike with Nick. If he wasn't biking or fishing he liked to go on long walks, and play with the dogs Roscoe and Jemma. When the day was done, he liked settling down with some pixi sticks and cotton candy to watch a good movie. His favorite time of year was Christmas, he loved wrapping presents and seeing the joy on the face of the people who opened them. He is survived by his significant other Becky Twitchell of Plymouth, NH and her son Nick, his son Logan and his daughter Kassidy of Rochester NH; his parents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with a funeral following at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 14th at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, located at 580 Main Street in Springvale. Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale. To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on his tribute wall.
