Michael P. Mangravito
January 24, 1965 ~ July 12, 2015
Saco- Michael P. Mangravito, 50, of Portland Road, died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Maine Medical Center following a long illness. His loving family was by his side. Michael was born in Manhattan, New York on January, 24, 1965, the son of Louis and Susan I. Szajkowski Mangravito. He attended local schools and graduated from Nutley High School in New Jersey. He received his associates degree as a Certified Automotive Technician at Lincoln Tech. Michael moved to Maine in 2000 and worked for Jolly John's in Saco, what is now Southern Maine Motors, until illness forced him to get done. In his spare time he enjoyed cars and motorcycles. His greatest love was being a dad and the time he spent with his son. Michael is survived by his parents Louis and Susan Mangravito of PA; a son Michael S. Mangravito of Cape Elizabeth; two brothers Joseph and his wife Kathleen Mangravito of NJ, Lee Mangravito of NJ; longtime companion and best friend Karen Mangravito of Cape Elizabeth. At the families request all services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland, Maine.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Michael was such a sweetheart and I am so saddened to hear of his passing. I haven’t spoken or seen Michael in many years but do remember him fondly. My deepest sympathies to all of you and hope he is no longer suffering. So happy to hear he was blessed with a son he was able to enjoy and watch grow.
