Maurice A. Legere

Maurice worked in construction for 30 years. He also worked at Associated Eye Care for a number of years in maintenance. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid New England sports fan.He is survived by his wife of 60 years Helen (Lemieux) Legere, three daughters Deb Hanson and her husband Mark, Sandy Cote and her husband Mike, Lisa Desrochers and her husband Brian, one son Tony Legere and his wife Jen, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, a sister Rite O'Meara and a brother Donald Legere and his wife Lorraine.He is predeceased by his bothers Leo Paul Legere, and Gerard Legere and a sister Margaret Legere.The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Hospice of Southern Maine for their compassionate care and family support.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday November 7th at 10AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
