Mary L. Perkins, of Shapleigh, died February 1, 2009 at her home.She is survived by her son John Perkins and his wife Merilee, her daughter Susan Mulcahy and her husband Christopher and four grandchildren.At her request, all services will be private.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
