Mary J. Moscato

Mary J. Moscato, 89, of Sanford passed away at her home on Friday February 21, 2014. She was born in Cambridge, MA; on December19, 1924 a daughter of the late John and Helen (Blake) Delgado.A resident of Sanford since 1955 she had been employed at Hannaford for the past 28 years. She love beano, meat raffles and going to Foxwood's. She loved all of her children and loved family gatherings. She was always asked to make her famous potato salad and Chinese chicken wings, Portuguese soup and stuffing.She is predeceased by her husband Alphonse Moscato who passed away in 2004, one brother, James Delgado, great grandson, Jessie James Collette.She is survived by her children, Sandra Emard and her husband, Conrad "Ki" of Alfred, Mary Ann Polley and her partner George Lebeuf of Sanford, Joan Vigue and her husband, Richard of Alfred, Kevin Moscato and his wife, Becky of Sanford, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
