Marielena J. Russo

Marielena J. Russo, 43, of Sanford, formerly of Danvers, MA, died August 14 at home after a lengthy illness.She was born in Malden, MA on January 29, 1965 a daughter of Francis C. and Elaine (Ruggles) Russo.Marielena was a talented florist who worked as a floral display advisor at the Topsfield (Mass.) Fair for many years. She adopted local islands in the Danvers, MA area and brightened many streets.She was a loving mother who will be missed by her friends and neighbors. Please direct your prayers and devotions to her children.Survivors include a daughter, Mary Frances White and a son Alfred (TJ) Mscisz both of Sanford, her parents Frank and Elaine Russo of Ossipee, NH, sister Kathleen Russo of Chester, NH, and brother Christopher Russo of Middleton, NH.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
