Marie Jeanne Cote

Marie Jeanne Cote, 89, of Sanford, died February 9 at the Greenwood Center in Sanford.She was born in Sanford on October 1, 1921, the daughter of Sylvio and Olympe (Cote) Cote and attended Sanford schools.She was employed with the Goodall-Sanford Textile Mills and then for many years in the housekeeping department of the H. D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford.She was a communicant of Holy Family Church.Survivors include 4 nieces, Nancy Drouin and her husband Rick of Sanford, Susan Lavallee and her husband Ken of Sanford, Cathy Manuel and her husband Mike of Kennebunk, Betty Kimball and her husband Scott of Sanford, 5 great nieces and nephews and her sister in law Doris Cote of Sanford.A graveside service will be held in the spring at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.
