Margaret T. Beaudoin

Margaret T. Beaudoin, 89, of Sanford died on Monday, November 1, 2007 at the Newton Center in Sanford.Margaret was born in Kennebunkport on October 14, 1918 to Shirley and Mary Hunter Stone and attended local schools. She was a rather solitary person and enjoyed spending quiet time by herself. She liked knitting, reading and watching television. She was an avid sports fan and was particularly fond of the Red Sox, the Patriots and Tiger Woods. She also liked spending time outdoors. When she was younger, she enjoyed taking scenic rides through the mountains. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Paul Beaudoin and her brother Mearl Stone.Surviving are five children, Chester Stone of Sanford, David Schaffino of Jay, Sandra Hilton of Sanford, Dana Ayres of Adirondack, NY and Donna Monioet of Strafford, Virginia; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 6th at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of one's choice.
