Mabel T. Keirstead Wyman
Mabel T. (Keirstead) Wyman, 88, of Acton, died December 17, 2008 in Florida.She was born in Newtown, PA on August 6, 1920 the daughter of Albert and Florence Taylor. The wife of Rev. Paul F. Keirstead, she spent her life as a pastor's wife for 40 years, involving herself with all sorts of church activities. Rev. Keirstead died in 1984. She was also predeceased by her second husband, Charles Manson Wyman in 2004.Her family recalled that she was a caring, loving and kind mother and friend to many people.Survivors include her daughter Jane K. Ogilvie and her husband Sam of Carmel, her son, Steven T. Keirstead and his wife Margaret of Richardson, TX, Beth K. Jones and her husband David of Kennebunk, her son Freeman T. Keirstead and his wife Daureen of Saco, stepchildren Dennis Wyman and his wife Deborah, Harold Wyman and his wife Lynn, Margaret Caron and her husband Richard, 9 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and her special friend Albert Kelloway of Shapleigh.A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, May 23 at 11:00 AM at the Shapleigh First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Henry Bock officiating. A reception will immediately follow in the parish fellowship hall, after which committal prayers and burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery in Acton.Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Shapleigh First Baptist Church, P.
