PORTLAND - Lugri D. (Rague) Caprio died peacefully on March 19, 2012 at St. Joseph's Rehabilitation and Residence in Portland. She was born on February 25, 1918, second daughter of Felice and Antoinetta (Biscotti) Rague. Lugri is survived by her 4 children; John Anthony Caprio and his wife Susan of Goffstown, NH, David E. Caprio and his wife Lois of Haverhill, MA; daughters, Mary Caprio Bearor and her husband Thomas of Colebrook, NH and Margaret Fitzgerald and her husband Dr. Michael Fitzgerald of Palmer, AK. She leaves ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her beloved Freddie, one grandchild and one great-grandchild. She leaves also two beloved sisters, Libby Call and Theresa Colucci, both of Portland, and a brother Roger Rague of Los Angeles, CA, and many nieces and nephews. 1. We are very sorry to learn of Lugri’s passing. I often think of our Dad’s comment that you knew how well you did as a parent by looking at how your grandchildren turned out. I’m sure Fred and Lugri are both resting easy now knowing they did a good job and were well loved.
