Louise A. Smith

Louise A. Smith, 78, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday June 28, 2012 at the Newton Center in Sanford. She was born in Sanford on November 23, 1933, a daughter of the late Norman and Beatrice (Goodwin) Normandeau. She attended local schools graduating from Sanford High School in 1950.For several years she was employed in local shoe shops. On May 3, 1952 she married Richard Smith in Sanford. She enjoyed camping, quilting and spending her winters in Florida.She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard Smith Sr., of Lebanon ,one son, Richard Smith Jr., and his wife, Nora of Lebanon, two sisters, Joyce Pelletier of Sanford and Linda D'Auteuil of Lebanon.A graveside service will be held at the Forest Grove Cemetery in Lebanon on Thursday July 5th at 10AM with Pastor Ron German officiating.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at www.blackfuneralhomes.com
