Scarborough – Lisa Newcomb, 71, passed away at home with her husband, Donald, by her side.

She was born on April 8, 1954, in Portland, the daughter of Joe and Norma Newcomb. Lisa grew up in Scarborough and graduated from Scarborough High School, she went on to work many years within the Scarborough School District, where she touched countless lives with her dedication and kindness.

Lisa was a talented crafter of all things, always finding joy in creating and sharing her work with others. Her creativity, warmth, and generous spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and many extended family members.

Friends and family are welcome to celebrate Lisa’s life on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 4-7pm at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home of South Portland, 1024 Broadway. Attendes are welcome to bring school supplies to donate to the Scarborough High School.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages everyone to honor Lisa’s memory by performing an act of kindness in the coming week.
