Lillian A. Nason

Lillian A. Nason, 91 of Sanford, died at the Greenwood Center in Sanford on Sunday, December 16, 2012.Lillian was born May 15, 1921 in Sanford. She was a daughter of the late George and Anna (Guillemette) Verville.Lillian in her earlier years worked at the Town Grille in Sanford, and Endcott Johnson Shoe Store. In later years Lil and her husband had an answering service and income tax service where she enjoyed greeting people and making them feel at home while they had their taxes done.Lillian was also a caregiver to her husband who was disabled for many years and to her mother.In addition to her husband Lawrence K. Nason, and her parents, Lillian was predeceased by four sisters, Beatrice Verville, Theresa Verville, Mildred Verville and Jeanne Verville.Surviving are her son G. Patrick Nason and his wife Rachel of Springvale; two grandchildren Chris and his wife Wendy Nason of Waterville and Regan Pearson of Rochester, NH and two great grandchildren Grace and Devin Pearson.She is also survived by her brother George Verville of Alfred, ME.At her request there will be no visiting hours.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, December 20th at 10:00 AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church, located on North Avenue in Sanford.
