Lee Paul Goulet

Lee Paul Goulet, 85, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday May 14, 2009 at the Stevens Memorial Hospital in Norway. Born in Sanford on December 27, 1923, he was a son of the late, Joseph and Rose (Ouellette) Goulet. He attended local Sanford schools and then served in the US Navy during WWII.Following the war, Mr Goulet worked in the Sanford Woolen Mills as a dye mixer. He was a lifelong communicant of Holy Family Church. He enjoyed and loved playing golf.He is predeceased by one sister, Lillian Dumont, and one brother, Wilfred Goulet.He is survived by four nephews, Shawn Goulet, Darren Goulet, Kevin Goulet and Jamie Bickford, two nieces, Jill Bickford and Elaine Bickford.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 27, at 11am at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church in Sanford.
