We are so very sorry to hear of Kristen’s passing. I remember hearing about her since she was little and later working with her at the hospital. Such a lovely girl and she had the spark of your Mother Sheri, very funny and just a little naughty. Loved hearing about her wedding and her babies. No words seem adequate to express our sympathy and sorrow…

Kristen was one of the few people in high school who was genuinely nice to me, even though I wasn’t one of the “cool” kids… years later we reconnected on Facebook and it was great to see that in many ways our lives overlapped. I loved watching her family grow and seeing what a fabulous life she was living. I’m very saddened by this tragedy and am sending her family healing love from California.

What a wonderful, beautiful, infectious smile! That is how I have always known Kristen, and always will. Sometimes life isn’t fair. So thankful for the many fun times that we were able to spend together, though it should have been more. Rest in peace my friend.

None of this seems real. I feel like I have known you forever. 16 years can be almost like forever. 🙂 I have so many memories of you and each one makes me smile. Everything about you was beautiful. You truly were one of those people you only meet once in a lifetime if you are lucky. I am thankful I was that lucky. I could go on for days, but I will miss you like crazy and I am thankful I got to come and say goodbye, and tell you I love you one last time.
