Juliette O. Brulotte

Juliette O. Brulotte, 87, of Sanford, died peacefully after a prolonged and heartbreaking battle with Alzheimer's on June 20, 2012 at the Greenwood Center in Sanford surrounded by her family.Juliette was born in Sanford on August 3, 1924 to Omer and Anna (Levesque) Ouellette and attended Holy Family School. She was employed for the majority of her life as a mender in the textile mills in Sanford/Springvale. When Juliette was a young woman her husband Renald passed away leaving her as a single mother to four young children.Juliette was devoted to her family and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loveable, outgoing woman with many friends. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and dancing when she was younger. She will be remembered as a kind and loving mother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Juliette was predeceased by her husband Renald Brulotte; her special friend, Gerard Arton a sister, Yvette Bernier and four brothers, Roland, Robert, Leo and Rheal.Surviving are four children, Jeannine Perron and her husband Raymond of Gilbert, AZ; Janet Simmons and her husband Daniel of East Weymouth, MA, Jo-Ann Turner and her husband Ronald of Wells and Michael Brulotte of Sanford; six grandchildren, Nicole Tassinari, Scott Perron, Kristin Perron, Danella Piper, Yolanda Simmons and Tanisha Simmons and eight great-grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 26th at St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church, located on North Avenue in Sanford.
