John Robert Bean

South Portland-John R. Bean, 69, of Soule Street, died suddenly, of natural causes, Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Maine Medical Center. He was born in Portland, March 2, 1947, a son of Charles L. and Amelia (Milos) Bean. John worked as a painter in the greater Portland area. He is survived by a son, Charles Bean; a daughter, Erin M. Bean; a brother, Larry C. Bean of South Portland; and a sister, Dorothy Arsenault of Scarborough. Services are private. Arrangements are by Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland.
