Jerry Arsenault

Jerry enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1951 and was discharged as Sergeant First Class in 1954. While in the military he served as a jump master in the airborne division and was trained as a mess steward. This led him to a successful career as the owner of Jerry's Diner in Sanford, Maine and Leedy's Restaurant in Alfred, Maine which he operated until his retirement in 1996.He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Judi Giroux Arsenault.There will be a memorial service at a later date at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale, Maine.Local arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on the condolences tab to the left.
