FALMOUTH - Janet Westhaver, 80, died peacefully on October 23, 2014 at Falmouth by the Sea. Born December 7, 1933 in Boston, MA, Janet was the daughter of Warren C. and Ruth (Robinson) Westhaver. Janet was educated in Massachusetts and was a 1951 graduate of Quincy High School. She attended Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School in Boston and graduated in 1953. Janet worked as a secretary for several businesses until she opened her own company, Quincy Clock Company in Dedham, Massachusetts. She sold her business in 1998 and moved to Maine. In 2001, she moved to Falmouth and has been Secretary, Treasurer and Board Member at Applegate. She loved to travel and enjoyed music. Janet was predeceased by her sister, Nancy R. Westhaver in 1999. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland.
