I met Jane when we both served on the Scarborough Friends of the Library Board. She was so dedicated to her duties as a board member – I really admired that about her. She was always so kind to everyone and was the first to volunteer her time and expertise. I was fortunate enough to see Jane recently although not under very good circumstances. She shared a room with my mom at MMC for a day. Now looking back I’m so glad a got a chance to see her and at least spend a few minutes talking with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. Jane will be missed.
