Jack Farnsworth

Jack A. Farnsworth, 50, of Berwyn, IL, died December 3 at MacNeil Memorial Hospital in Berwyn after a long illness.He was born in Berwyn on February 16, 1956, son of Joseph and Helen (Bragdon) Farnsworth.He attended Berwyn schools and was a graduate of Morton High School in Berwyn.Locally, he had been employed at Maine Medical Center in Portland in the trauma unit several years ago. He returned to Berwyn in 2002.Survivors include his wife Rebecca (Plummer) Farnsworth of Berwyn, IL, his mother Helen Farnsworth of Alfred, son Jason Farnsworth of AZ, brother Michael Farnsworth of Berwyn, and niece Sara and nephew Timothy.Services were held in Berwyn, IL and burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Springvale.
