My name is Dave Pellerin. I was the golf course mechanic at the Portland Country Club for 10 years beginning in January of 1990. I came to know Frank as he would stop by the grounds building regularly when he was at the club. I had the utmost respect for Mr. Langlois. He called me Davie and always would take the time to visit and wanted to know how things were going. You could tell he was a man of humble beginnings and never forgot where he had come from. He was one who was a genuine person. My condolences to his family. There are folks who come along in a persons life who make a mark and are never forgotten and Frank was one of these people for me.
