We were all his children no matter if you were family. Frank had the biggest heart. I am trying not to cry and I am trying to focus on his crazy fun personality. I loved this man like a father and he returned the love. I will forever be blessed for the times we had. May we all find strength and love among each other at this sad time. I love you Uncle Frank

So sorry to hear of Franks passing. I visited him a short time ago when he was going through therapy at the Cedars in Portland. We go way back to the days of the Naval Training Center that used to be on Commercial Street, where he was in recruiting at that time with the Navy., I Coast Guard. We got to be great friends and yes, he was a delight to talk to and hang around with. He will be sadly missed by all including me. God Bless you Francis. T.T.
