  1. We live next door to Frank & Marguerite in North Port, FL. Upon meeting them in 2015, we became friends very quickly. We have many fond memories of the times we’ve spent together. We’ll never forget the hospitality shown to us when we visited them in Portland, Maine. RIP Frank. Condolences to Marguerite and all his family members. Jake & Paula Maurer

  2. When I think of Frank I think of laughter. If you were around Frank you would be laughing. Now you can once again share your Irish wit and humor with the “2 old birds” that I am sure greeted you at the pearly gates!

  3. Frank, was wonderful friend and adored by my girls Dare Marie, Clancy and Bridget. Always teasing the girls and making them laugh. Joan(his former wife) and I had the pleasure to visit Frank in North Port a few days before his passing. Frank was in his usual humor. It was a great visit. He will be sadly missed.

  4. I lived on lamb Street in Westbrook (late 80s early 90s) & I was @coynes variety alot growing up. Mr coyne was always, always behind the counter. He made me laugh & smile so much when I came in, which was a pretty big thing 2me @that time in my life, as my family life was not good. He’d be so patient as I counted out change, I’d earned or found. (I must’ve been 9-12 yrs old@the time) I was always getting candy, food or the yummy pastry’s he’d have on the counter. I remember he was always so kind (even when Id hold up the line during lunch rush, counting penny after penny.) When u grow up the way I did, u feel the stares & notice people get uncomfortable &rush u out.. But not frank Coyne. he’d see me daily and make me laugh or smile. He would always say “come again young man” or call me a boy in some funny way (I’m a girl) I wish I could remember his exact phrase but it’s been awhile now. I just wanted 2share as I truly have fond memories of Mr. Coyne. He was a pleasant fixture 2my childhood.. my condolences 2his family. I’m sorry for your loss.. ty Mr Coyne 4being a great human being and making me smile during a rough time.. RIP

  5. Frank was always a good friend. He was always cheerful and quick with a funny quip. His friends, family will miss him. Each time I visited him, I was pleased to see he was still the same of Frank. I thank Margureite for the love and care she gave to him. I know it was a difficult time but she was always cheerful and kind. Miss you and your warped sense of humor. Joan
