Mary Catherine Barbara, be assured of my prayers for your father, Eddie, who has gone home to heaven and what a beautiful reunion there must have been with your mother. They are both with God and surely experiencing much joy and peace. I am sorry I cannot participate in his funeral Mass tomorrow, I will be in Boston. I will remember him in my Mass. God bless you and your families! Fr. Conley

Barb and Mary Catherine, as well as Cathy Cruz – my condolences to all of you! I just read this in the paper today, so I regret that I missed an opportunity to pay my respects and to see you all. I will keep your dad/unlce in my thoughts and prayers. I lost my mom in November, at Thanksgiving, so that deepens my understanding of your loss. He certainly raised wonderful daughters, and though I never knew him, I know he was special because he passed that on to you! May he rest in peace!
