Edna Fajardo

Edna Fajardo, 84, of Sanford, passed away on Saturday July 26, 2014 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. She was born in Bogota, Colombia on March 13, 1930 a daughter of the late Louis and Adela (Restrepo) Lopez. For 15 years she was employed at the National Registry of Civil Status for Colombian's Government Entity. She was a member of the Culinary School where she studied and later taught International Home Made Recipes.She is survived by her husband, Jaime Fajardo Sr., daughter, Claudia Galvez and her husband Roberto and their children, Yvonne, Andres and Carolina, daughter Clara Fajardo and her daughter Andrea Gauthier and her husband, Jeff, son , Jaime Fajardo and his wife, Lien and their children, Jennifer, James, Christine, Amalia and Sebastian, daughter, Catalina Fajardo and her children, Jaime Andres Latorre(deceased), Alejandro Latorre and his wife, Jamie. She is also survived by one sister, Silvia Guerra.Visiting hours will be on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church.
