Donna L. Dodge Franco, 45, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday September 12, 2007 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. She was born on March 26, 1962 in Biddeford a daughter of John and Evelyn (Bridges) Dodge. She resided in Wells until her teenage years. She then lived in several towns throughout New England. For the past eight years she had been residing in Sanford with her loving family.
